This is a traditional Japanese-style room located on the second floor, approximately 10 tatami mats in size, complete with an antechamber. It was meticulously designed in homage to the Katsura Imperial Villa, renowned as a masterpiece of Japanese architecture.
The sliding doors and shoji screens feature the distinctive moon-shaped handles ("Tsuki-no-ji-gata Hikite") also found in the Katsura Villa, showcasing refined traditional aesthetics.
With southeast-facing windows made of classic ripple glass, guests can enjoy a serene view of the garden beyond, offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere.
