This plan includes dinner and breakfast, and you can choose from a variety of room types to match your travel style and budget. Dinner features our upgraded signature course, “Touka”, specially arranged into a plant-based kaiseki meal with no animal-derived ingredients whatsoever.
Highly recommended for both first-time guests and vegan travelers.

●Our original “Touka” kaiseki expresses creativity and playfulness while celebrating Shinshu’s local harvest. This vegan version highlights:
●Seasonal Shinshu vegetables and mountain produce
●“Aburaya Fondue” – our signature dish recreated entirely with plant-based ingredients
●Sushi crafted in front of you
●A creative, fully vegan dessert selection

Relax after your bath with a drink in our rooftop lounge, featuring Ukiyoe-style decor and seasonal atmospheres. Guests can enjoy a wide range of beverages, including Shinshu apple juice, wine, sake, and beer.
