Kaiseki “Touka”
An original course that can only be enjoyed at Aburaya and Tousen with a playful spirit.
■Plan Benefits
(1) Both men and women can choose stylish yukata.
(2) For dinner, our chef will make sushi right in front of you.
(3) You can enjoy 【Shinshu beef special A4 roast】 as the main dish in this course.
(4) In addition to the standard buffet breakfast, you can also choose a higher grade of breakfast in a private dining room.
(5) You can use the Terrace Lounge "Toki".
You can enjoy softdrinks and wine and other alcoholic beverages as much as you like.
This lounge is exclusively for guests staying in rooms with an open-air bath. Please note that groups of 7 or more (including children) may be requested to eat at the buffet.
Dinner
Aburaya Tousen's original kaiseki "Touka" dinner course.
You can enjoy "Aburaya Fondue" using seasonal ingredients named after the restaurant's name "Aburaya" and sushi made right in front of you. Also, you can enjoy "Shinshu Beef Special A4 Roast" as the main dish.
*Elementary school children do not receive the two adult dishes. Infants will be served a children set.

In a private dining room with a quiet and calm atmosphere,
We will prepare dishes that you can enjoy to your heart's content.
Each guest can choose between Japanese and Western-style meals.

A Japanese-Western buffet with more than 40 choices is available.
We also offer a variety of popular Nagano Prefecture's local cuisine.
Please enjoy your favorite foods as much as you like in the morning.
■Onsen ■
All of the baths are natural hot spring water. Several types of baths are available in the large public bathhouse with a view, including an open-air bath, a jacuzzi bath, a sleeping bath, and a sauna. Please enjoy the view of the city of Yudanaka Onsen and the seasonal mountain scenery of northern Shinshu from the top 7 floors.
Men and women are allowed to use the large public baths on a rotating basis.
Private open-air baths and bedrock baths are also available. Please make a reservation at the front desk.
(50 minutes each, 2,200 yen per private open-air bath, 1,650 yen per person for bedrock bath. Both include tax)
Rooftop bar "Setsugetsuka" on the rooftop
A modern Japanese-style space surrounded by Ukiyoe-style wallpaper has appeared on the 8th floor of the rooftop. With the moon as a snack and the murmuring of the river as background music, Mother Nature creates the space. Please visit us for a drink after taking a bath.
