Stay Plan with Hamo Autumn Kaiseki Course

Compared to the light and refreshing character of summer hamo, autumn hamo, enjoyed in October and November as the season deepens, develops a fuller body and richer flavor as it prepares for the coming winter. Its flesh takes on a warm amber-golden hue, gaining depth and intensity, and reaching its peak of deliciousness—an image that evokes the richly colored landscapes of autumn.

For a limited period of two months in October and November, we offer a special course that brings together this flavorful autumn hamo with the bounty of the season, including early-harvest matsutake mushrooms, which signal the arrival of autumn.

The course also features a harmonious combination of seasonal seafood and mountain ingredients at their peak, along with signature Awaji Island specialties such as Awaji beef and locally caught fish. Please enjoy the abundant flavors of the sea and land, nurtured by the rich natural environment of Awaji Island.
