In our region,cathing wild snow crab is only allowd from November 7th until the end of February to keep the number of crab. With this plan,you can enjoy Male Snow Crab and Female Snow Crab. One guest can have half of male crab and one female crab each. In order to avoid Food-Ross of live crab, we only accept reservation by two pax. "Truffle Egg custard with snow crab" officially taguht by Chef David Bouley from Tribeca New York is included in this course.
