Tajima beef is a very famous brand of beef!
"Tajima-Beef" The deliciousness of Tajima beef lies in its magnificent sashi, fragrant aroma, the original taste of the meat, and its melt-in-your-mouth texture.
"Tajima beef" has a melting point of 40 degrees Celsius lower than that of other cows, and melts even at human body temperature.
When you put it in your mouth, the marbled fat melts throughout the meat, creating a soft and pleasant texture on the tongue and a mellow, melt-in-your-mouth sensation that is unique to Tajima beef.

The hot spring water of Yumura Onsen is gentle to the skin, and even babies and small children can bathe in it safely.
