The main dish for dinner will be a local specialty, Aso Akagyu beef teppanyaki, raised in the grasslands of the world's largest caldera! Enjoy a 15-course kaiseki banquet featuring an abundance of local ingredients, including Yamame trout raised in Aso's mountain streams, sashimi, and chawanmushi.

This detached guest room (mountain view) was renovated in December 2024.
Enjoy a luxurious hot spring experience in this special 45 m² Japanese-style room,
which features a terrace overlooking Mount Eboshidake of the Aso Five Peaks,
and an open-air bath and indoor bath fed directly from the source.
The spacious Western-style room is furnished with two semi-double beds (Thomas-Symonds beds),
creating a calm and stylish space
for a special stay.

For groups of three or more guests, futons will be prepared in the Japanese-style room.
