Enjoy Asukasou’s most popular kaiseki dinner, featuring the seasonal flavors of Yamato, Nara.
Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese multi-course dinner that reflects the beauty of the season through ingredients, cooking, presentation, and tableware.

■Dinner

Dinner includes seasonal sashimi, grilled fish, simmered vegetables, Japanese Black Beef shabu-shabu, rice from Nara Prefecture, soup, pickles, and dessert.
Each dish is prepared using ingredients carefully selected for the season and served at the best timing.

The menu changes depending on the season and ingredient availability.

■Breakfast

For breakfast, enjoy a healthy Japanese set meal featuring Nara’s traditional Yamato tea porridge, warm vegetables, grilled dishes, and small seasonal side dishes.
