Enjoy our "Tokusen" (Special Selection) Kaiseki, featuring the finest seasonal gifts from the Fukui mountains and the Sea of Japan. Savor a meal crafted with deep local connections and artistic flair.

Start Time: 18:00 – 19:00 (Service concludes by 21:00).

Traditional Japanese Breakfast:
A vibrant morning feast featuring "Okera Farm" fresh eggs and handmade tofu, beautifully presented in Wajima lacquerware. Savor local "Koshihikari" rice cooked in an iron kettle.

Awara Hot Springs: Rejuvenate in our historic weak-alkaline natural hot springs.
Available: 15:00 – 10:00 (Next morning).
Premium Hair Care: We provide "EraL PREMIER" in all rooms—a luxury brand made in Fukui, typically exclusive to elite salons.

Local Sake "Okami": We recommend pairing your dinner with "Okami," a unique sake crafted by the innkeepers (Okami) of Awara. It makes a perfect souvenir from our gift shop.

□Breakfast Rich "Okera ranch fresh eggs" caught at the local "Okera ranch" Meals such as handmade tofu made fresh every morning and dashi-rolled eggs are served in a Wajima-nuri bento box. We value local colors that are pleasing to the eye. The leading rice is Koshihikari rice from the local "Tagawa Nosan", which is cooked in a kettle.
