What is "Echizen Crab"?
Caught in the nutrient-rich currents off the Fukui coast, these male snow crabs are renowned for their high quality and firm meat. Since 1910, they have been honored as "Imperial Gift Crabs."
Serving Portions (Shared Plan)
The number of crabs served depends on the size of your group:
2 guests: 1 crab
3–4 guests: 2 crabs
5–6 guests: 3 crabs

Choose Your Preparation
Please specify your preference when booking:
Whole Boiled: Captures the classic, deep oceanic flavor.
Sashimi & Grilled: Fresh, silky leg sashimi and aromatic grilled shoulders/shell.
If your plan includes 2 or more crabs, you may choose both styles.
Dining Schedule
Dinner (In-Room): Starts between 18:00 – 19:00. Service concludes by 21:00.
Breakfast (In-Room): Starts between 8:00 – 8:30.
Featuring local farm-fresh eggs, handmade tofu, and "Koshihikari" rice cooked in an iron kettle, served in traditional Wajima lacquerware.
If you require an earlier breakfast, please notify us in advance.
Children’s Meals
Upper Elementary: Same menu and price as adults.
Infants / Lower Elementary: A specialized "Shokado Bento" (traditional children's meal box).
Important Notice
Echizen Crab fishing is highly dependent on weather conditions and government-mandated catch quotas. Even after the season opens on Nov 6, fishing may be delayed due to storms. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative plan options. We appreciate your understanding.
