This is a two-meal plan featuring a luxurious full-course dinner showcasing Wakasa Fugu, Fukui Prefecture’s renowned brand of tiger pufferfish, served at Dining TAN-ETSU, along with a Japanese-Western breakfast buffet. Dinner highlights a variety of preparations, including fugu skin (teppi), thin-sliced sashimi (tessa), grilled fugu, deep-fried fugu, and fugu hot pot (tecchiri), finishing with a comforting fugu rice porridge, allowing guests to fully savor the delicate flavor and unique texture of Wakasa Fugu.

This plan allows you to enjoy the Wakasa Fugu Blowfish Course at Dining “「TAN-ETSU」” along with a Japanese and Western–style morning buffet.
