Please feel free to bring food and drink items back to the hotel.

☆★For your dogs’ stay ★☆

・Limit of 3 dogs under 5kg or 2 dogs under 10kg are allowed to stay with your group.

・One dog is free to stay. Second and third dogs will be charged 1,100yen per dog to stay.

・Please keep your dogs in the carry case when you walk around in the hotel.

・Please bring the certification of vaccines, and dog license to show.

・Please keep your dogs so as to not disturb other guests.

・We are not responsible for any trouble that might occur.

・Please bring your own food, sheets, and food plates for your dogs.

・We do not accept dogs with estrus.

・If you leave your pet unattended in the room, they must be kept in a crate or cage. Guests may be charged for the actual cost of any damages to our facilities or equipment caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

In the rare event of a double booking where we cannot accept your reservation, we will contact you via email or phone within 2 days.

[Bathing Tax (Yuto-zei)]
An additional bathing tax of 150 JPY per person, per night, is required for all guests junior high school age (approx. 12 years) and older.

[Parking]
We do not have a dedicated parking lot. Please use a nearby public parking lot (fees apply during the winter season).

Toddlers who do not require meals or bedding (futon) may stay free of charge.
If you require meals or bedding for your child, separate fees will apply. Please consult with us in advance.

[Heating Fee]
Due to the rising cost of heating oil, a heating fee of 1,000 JPY per room, per night, will be required.
