A slightly mysterious space, as if borrowing a corner of the Wind God’s heavenly realm.
Flowing clouds carried by the wind and the ancient depiction of the Wind God in traditional Japanese painting come together within this room.
From the window of Fu-an, overlooking the historic Dogo Onsen Main Building,
you may feel as though you are gazing down upon the earthly world from the heavens above.
This room evokes the sensation of temporarily stepping into the celestial realm where the Wind God resides.
The clay used in its creation is porcelain stone sourced from Tobe Town.
All decorative artwork—including the tiles in the bathtub—has been entirely hand-painted,
then glazed and kiln-fired to complete the finish.
