A bamboo shoot–inspired lampshade welcomes you at the entrance.
The living area, bed headboard, ceramic artwork in the restroom, washbasin, and even the pearls all weave together the story of “Chikuan.”The bathroom and bathtub are inspired by the natural beauty of Ehime.
The upper wall design evokes the powerful presence of Mt. Ishizuchi.
The middle section expresses the flowing water and fresh air descending from the mountains.
The lower section portrays gentle hills, mountains, and open plains. At the far end of the bathtub, water flowing from the mountains makes its way toward the Seto Inland Sea.
Along the sides, the calm sea and the shimmering light on its surface are depicted,
while the base conveys the mystery, depth, and abundant resources of the underwater world.Large bamboo and sasa leaves are represented through ceramic panels,
and along the outer side of the bathtub, continuous patterns and flowing lines unfold—reminiscent of a serene bamboo grove.
