There is a shared bath (separate for men and women) in the annex Resort Inchitose, but it is not a hot spring.
Nozawa Hot Spring Outdoors
There are more than 30 hot springs in the village, and 13 public bathhouses called “Soto-yu” are located in the hot spring resort area.
The nearest bathhouse to the Chitose-kan main building is the adjacent Oyu bathhouse.
There are also Matsuba-no-yu, Kawarayu, and Asagama-no-yu.If you collect stamps at the 13 out-spa locations and several other places of interest, you will be able to enjoy Nozawa Onsen,
You will receive a towel with an original “Nozawa Onsen Logo” by Taro Okamoto, who loved Nozawa Onsen very much.
Please purchase a stamp book separately.

An annex, Resort Inn Chitose, is located one minute on foot from Chitose-kan.
It is a two-minute walk to the moving sidewalk “Yu Road”,
which provides convenient access to the main slope of Nozawa Onsen ski resort and the Hikage slope.
Although open only during the winter season,
it is also available for group camps and other events outside of the winter season.
Luggage storage and changing facilities are available before check-in.
Separate waiting rooms for men and women are located on the first floor of the annex.
There are separate shared baths for men and women in the Inn.
Although our baths are not hot springs,
please take the time to warm your cold body after returning from the slopes.
