Murasugi Radium Hot Spring is so pure that it is one of the few in the prefecture to have a drinking license, and is a delicious source spring that is free of the harsh taste and odor that are typical of hot springs. The head chef, who honed his skills at Niigata's long-established restaurant "Nabechaya," uses the spring water in his cooking, such as "A5 Wagyu beef steamed in radium spring water," to create a variety of dishes that can only be tasted at Choseikan. Please enjoy our proud source spring kaiseki course meal, which is made with a focus on local ingredients and seasonal ingredients, and is made with skill and ingenuity.

 

■ Dinner
Please enjoy source spring kaiseki cuisine, such as "A5 Wagyu beef steamed in radium spring water," made with the bounty of the mountains and villages and seasonal ingredients from the Sea of Japan, in the dining area. We will prepare seasonal ingredients in the most delicious way possible for each season.

■Breakfast
The water that is the source of your body is the radium spring, and you can enjoy gently seasoned "mountain village country food" that is made with a focus on local production and consumption, such as freshly cooked Koshihikari rice from a contracted farmer, natural miso from the famous local shop "Nakano Miso Kojiten," and handmade tofu from Murasugi's specialty "Kawakami Tofu."

■Radium hot spring
The spring quality is rich in medicinal properties and is a rare radium hot spring. The large open-air garden bath, which is 3300m2 in size for both men and women, has an excellent sense of openness.

■Babies welcome
We offer free rental of diaper trash cans, nap futons, infant tableware, infant chairs, and Bumbo baby sofas. Please enter your requests in the "Remarks" section.

■Free shuttle service to Niigata Station (reservation required)
