【Dinner】
Enjoy a genre-less full course meal at "Matsuhanaoku Ibara Hamagareri," Suigan Annex, which opened in October 2025.
*Everyone starts at the same time, and the meal will last at least two hours.
*Some drinks are free (beer, highballs, wine, homemade liqueurs, etc.).
*The open-style restaurant has a semicircular counter surrounding the kitchen and one table that seats up to 12 people.
*We cannot accommodate food allergies or food intolerances.
*The food photos are examples (and do not guarantee the food will be served on the day).

The theme is surprise and discovery. It's a "customer-participation" dining experience that doesn't interfere with your meal.
Sometimes you'll cut the food, and sometimes you'll design the plate using a variety of sauces.
Cooking is both art and conversation. It's all about the ingredients of the day, the strength of the sauce, and so on.

【Regarding the Accommodation Tax】
Starting with stays on or after April 1, 2026, a separate accommodation tax will be charged in accordance with Hokkaido and Sapporo City regulations.
The accommodation tax is as follows per person per night:
Accommodation fee under 20,000 yen: 300 yen
Accommodation fee between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 400 yen
Accommodation fee over 50,000 yen: 1,000 yen

【36-Hour Stay Program】
On a two-day, one-night trip, you'll spend around 20 hours at a ryokan. "Because your travel time is so important, we want you to enjoy it to the fullest, from the beginning to the end," we launched the "36-Hour Stay Program" with that in mind.

You can use the lounge, hot springs, and sauna at the "Holiday Building" from 11:00 AM at no additional charge.

You can use the hot springs and sauna at "Yumoto Koganeyu" (approximately a 10-minute drive) until 11:00 PM at no additional charge.

 An open atrium, an impressive counter, artistic objects created by Hokkaido artists, and the ever-changing view of the courtyard beyond the window. Enjoy a relaxing time in a calm, sophisticated atmosphere.
During self-service time from 3:00 PM, we offer original herbal teas for each of the 24 seasons, small sweets from Hare & Ke Patisserie, and alcoholic beverages for each season. During bar time from 8:00 PM, we offer seasonal cocktails.

An extraordinary experience close at hand. Jozankei is surely that kind of place. Here, you'll find the small Yamano Kaze Machi, where a pleasant breeze blows through.

◆This facility is exclusively for guests aged 13 and over.
◆Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility and in all rooms. Smokers should use the smoking area on the second floor.
◆As the facility is located on a slope, there are many stairs. If you have difficulty moving around, staff will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to ask.
◆Check-in is from 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 11:00 AM (if a check-out time is set for each accommodation plan, that time will take priority).

【Free Shuttle Bus Information】
Departs and arrives in front of Showa Building, Odori Nishi 5-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
【Pickup】 Departs Odori Nishi 5-chome at 2:40 PM and 5:00 PM.
【Drop-off】 Departs the hotel at 10:20 AM and Jozankei Daiichi Hoteryu Suizantei at 1:00 PM.
