At the KAZO restaurant with a view of the sea, we offer a Japanese-based Satoumi Cuisine that doesn't confine itself to specific genres like Italian or French, but instead prepares Shima's ingredients from all angles.
Enjoy "creations that soothe the body and soul" using local ingredients such as Ise lobster, Hioogi scallops, Akoya pearls, Aosa seaweed, blue crab, striped jack, Matsusaka beef, and freshly harvested vegetables.
