All buildings are non-smoking and equipped with WI-FI.

 

Contact Information

・Check-in and check-out will be informed by local staff on Kakeroma Island by telephone from the day before to the day of your stay (to prevent new coronavirus infection). Please inform us in advance of the time of the ferry you will be boarding.

In exceptional cases, check-in procedures may take place at the Denmari Amami Hotel, a 10-minute drive from Amami Airport. Please understand beforehand.

・Since our facility is located in a renovated old house in a village in the mountains, We have a bad connection in this area. We recommend that you check the service area of each telecommunication company in advance.

・Free Wi-Fi is available.
・The ceiling height is low due to the old private house structure.
・Fire is strictly prohibited in the premises. Smoking, BBQ, fireworks, etc. are prohibited, and there is an agreement with the village. Please take care.
・In consideration of the impact on the environment, Denpaku does not use any insecticidal measures such as excessive spraying of chemicals.
However, as the environment is often insect-infested, please bring your own insect repellent if you are concerned about this.
