■Discontinuation of Installation of In-room Disposable Amenities

In order to further strengthen our efforts in consideration of the global environment, we will discontinue the installation of in-room disposable amenities from November 21, 2022, and ask our guests to bring their own. We would like to ask for the cooperation of our guests to bring their own toiletries.
If you forget to bring your own amenities, please ask at the front desk and we will provide them to you in accordance with our regulations.

About cleaning and amenities
・In order to preserve the beautiful sea and environment of Amami Oshima, "Denpaku Amami" provides a minimum of towels, linens and amenities.
The rooms are cleaned once every three days for guests staying on this plan, but please contact the front desk if you would like to have towels changed or garbage collected.
(Please note that due to the distance between the front desk and the rooms, it may not be possible to deliver the items as requested. Please contact the front desk if you need additional amenities.)
If you would like to request additional amenities, please feel free to stop by the front desk at the "Magun Plaza" and ask for them.

 

・Denpaku does not spray excessive chemicals to kill insects, out of concern for environmental impact.
However, since there are insects in the environment, please bring your own insect repellent if you are concerned about insects.
