Cuisine
"We want our guests to enjoy the best of local ingredients!" "Creative Cuisine - Kaiseki Komachi" was born from this idea. "Traditional vegetables such as Maesaka radish and Obuse round eggplant" "New Shinshu brand ingredients such as Shinshu beef and Ogon Shamo chicken" "Shinshu salmon" and other Shinshu brands are used in each dish prepared by our head chef.


*Menu changes depending on the season. *Meals are served in the restaurant. (Private rooms are available for an additional 3,300 yen per room. There are a limited number of rooms, so please check and make a reservation in advance.)

Our hotel offers a shuttle service between Yudanaka Station and Sakaeya.

Reservations are required, and we ask for your preferred time in advance from the following times.

Pick-up: 14:40, 16:20, 17:40

*There is a regular bus service in the 15:00 hour, so please use that instead.

Drop-off: 9:30, 10:30

Outside of the above times, there is a charge of 500 yen per person.

We also offer shuttle service to the Sakaeya Monkey Park for 500 yen per person.

A private hot spring with a löyly sauna that can be used by couples, families, etc.
With a set of four items: hot spring, sauna, cold bath, and outdoor relaxation, you can experience the feeling of your body being "rejuvenated".
Since we operate on a reservation-only basis, advance reservations are required if you wish to use our services.
