Our highly popular “Yoga & Glamping RETREAT — reset & renew —,” which sells out within just a few days every year, will be held again in 2026.
In today’s busy and stressful world, the idea of a “retreat” is drawing increasing attention as a new way to refresh both body and mind. A retreat is a style of travel in which you spend a few days away from your familiar surroundings, allowing yourself to rest, recover, and reconnect after the fatigue of daily work and relationships. Already popular overseas, retreats have also become increasingly familiar in Japan in recent years.
This season, FIELD SUITE HAKUBA has once again partnered with Ms. Kayo Tamura, founder of yoga journey, who has taught yoga to a total of more than 50,000 students. Together, we have created a retreat program based on the theme of “cleansing and renewal of body and mind.”
[Concept]
This retreat is designed around the theme of “cleansing and renewal of body and mind.”
Through yoga, you will gently bring balance back to a body and mind that may have become overwhelmed by the busyness of everyday life. Surrounded by the magnificent nature of Hakuba, you will recharge with pure natural energy and cultivate the strength to move forward with a renewed sense of positivity.
The program offers yoga and meditation experiences that awaken the senses in nature, and opportunities to connect with fellow participants who share a love of yoga and the natural world. It will be a fulfilling time for both body and mind.
Both group participants and solo participants are warmly welcome.
Let us spend time together in the embrace of Hakuba’s great nature, allowing body and mind to open and relax.

Certified Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 / YACEP
Born in Tokyo and currently based in Iwate Prefecture.
Ms. Tamura first began studying yoga to improve her physical condition. Through her practice, however, she became aware of changes not only in her body but also in her mind, and was deeply drawn to the way yoga can influence one’s entire way of living.
She has studied more than 1,000 hours of traditional and modern yoga, and has continued to deepen both her practice and teaching experience. As of 2026, she has practiced yoga for more than 15 years and taught yoga for more than 10 years, instructing a total of over 50,000 students.
Her YouTube channel now has more than 35,000 subscribers.
Her teaching, grounded in yogic philosophy and supported by clear, safety-conscious alignment instruction, has been highly praised for being easy to understand.

Nature Flower Park
At the Nature Flower Park, precious alpine plants that bloom around Hakuba Happo-one are carefully cultivated from seed by our garden staff. Across an area of approximately 4,600 square meters, more than 200 species of mountain and wildflowers can be found. Enjoy the changing colors and expressions of the plants from spring through autumn.
Morgenrot Sunrise over the Northern Alps
Wake up a little early and encounter a magnificent view.
As a sea of clouds spreads below and the sunrise lights up the sky, the scenery takes on a breathtaking glow. When the first light reaches the Hakuba Sanzan peaks and dyes the mountains crimson, this moment is known as “Morgenrot,” often said to be the time when the mountains look their most beautiful. From Kitaone Kogen Highland, you can enjoy a spectacular 360-degree sunrise view.
