At FIELD SUITE HAKUBA, our primary goal is to offer guests a relaxing time amidst nature, which traditionally has meant that children under the age of 10 were unable to stay overnight. However, since our opening in 2019, we have received numerous requests for family stays.

As a response, starting from the 2023 season, we have introduced a family-friendly plan, "Kids' Day," available on select dates.

This allows families to stay in a Tent Twin (with two double beds), an Outdoor Cabin "JYUBAKO" Suite (with two single beds), or a Tent Triple (with three single beds), where children under 10 can share a bed with their parents. The Tent Twin and "JYUBAKO" Suite can accommodate up to 4 persons (including up to 2 children under 10), and the Tent Triple can accommodate up to 6 persons (including up to 3 children under 10).

《Accommodation》
- Tent Room (twin) / Jyubako Suite (twin) for a maximum of 4 people (A maximum of 2 children can stay overnight and share the bed with their parents)

- Tent Room (Triple): maximum 6 people (A maximum of 3 children can stay overnight and share the bed with their parents)

《Accomodation Fee for Children under the age of 10》
- Children under the age of 10 (overnight stay and share the bed with their parents): 35,000 yen per person for one night with 3 meals (tax included)

- Children under the age of 10 (overnight stay and share the bed with their parents): 15,000 yen per person without meals (tax included)

* Children over 10 years old are charged at the adult rate, and therefore, overnight stay is in their own bed.

* Please make reservations for children sharing the bed with their parents by selecting "Options."
* Please note that we do not provide nightwear for children.
* Foreign language support is available for over 55 languages with the use of Pocket Talk.

Check-in: 14:00 - 14:00 (It is not a problem if it is before or after, depending on the traffic.)

Check-out: 10:00 (Our Pre-Trip Concierge will consult with you on recommended sightseeing spots and activities after check-out.)

Dinner: Dinner: As the sun begins to set over the peaks of the Ushiro-Tateyama mountain range, the golden hour of dusk arrives at Kitaone Kogen Highland, a place of spectacular scenery. The Kitaone Kogen Highland dining experience begins with an aperitif to enjoy this spectacular view at dusk. The up-and-coming chef who provides the gem of dishes at FIELD SUITE HAKUBA is Shingo Suzuki, who practiced in restaurants with Michelin stars in Italy for 6 years. You will be served a course of dishes using regional ingredients, paired with rare Nagano wines. * Non-alcoholic pairings are also available.

Breakfast: Field Breakfast: The field breakfast will be served while you enjoy the morning on the highland, with the mountains of the Northern Alps shining in the morning sun and the birds chirping in the distance. The spectacular view is one of the main attractions of FIELD SUITE HAKUBA.

Lunch: Lunch Box: A lunch box will be provided with your activity. An optional Canoe Lunch on Lake Aoki is also available.

Six tented rooms (4 Twins/2 Triples) exclusively designed for FIELD SUITE are each set on a 100㎡ wooden deck on the 1,200-meter-high highland from where you can see the panoramic view of the Northern Alps, including Hakuba three peaks.

The triple tent is equipped with three single-sized (100cm wide) beds. Amenities similar to those of a hotel, such as power outlets, an air-conditioning unit, a refrigerator, etc., are provided.
