Dinner 
Shinshu beef grilled on a magnolia leaf using our homemade miso is a popular dish.
We place great importance on the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine, starting with our carefully prepared dashi stock.
Please enjoy the cuisine at Fukashiso, where we strive to source locally and prepare each dish with care and dedication.

 A Selection of Local Sake 
We highly recommend the limited-edition seasonal local sake selected by the innkeeper (a certified sake sommelier), as well as wines from local wineries.

In addition to small dishes such as dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette) and simmered vegetables, we offer a buffet-style selection including enzyme-rich brown rice and curry.

 Baths (Free Private Hire)
We have three baths: the ‘Large Public Bath’, the ‘Ladies’ Bath’ and the ‘Private Bath’.
Please check the availability of the private bath and feel free to use it at your convenience.

We offer a free transfer service to Matsumoto Station.
