Enjoy a kaiseki cuisine made exclusively from vegetables, legumes, grains, and seaweeds, without using any meat or fish.
We've prepared dishes with gentle flavors and vibrant colors, maintaining the original taste of the ingredients.
Savor sesame tofu, simmered seasonal vegetables, yuba ohitashi, mugwort fu dengaku, and seasonal vegetable tempura, among others.
Our broth is made from kelp and we use our original miso.
