A traditional funaya (boat house) accommodation where you can experience life at sea level.
Originally built to protect fishing boats, the building still retains its thick wooden beams, allowing guests to experience its history and strength. The interior makes use of the unique structure of a funaya, featuring high ceilings and an open, airy atmosphere. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay while experiencing the lifestyle of the seaside.
The property is located slightly away from the center of Ine, making it ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay away from busy tourist areas. As a private rental, you can enjoy your time freely with family or friends.

This is a private rental property, and staff are not on-site.
However, our office (Funayado Ohiraso) is located nearby, and we are available in case of emergency.
◆ About Meals
There are limited dining options in the area, and advance reservations are often required. Please plan accordingly.
Simple meal preparation using a microwave, toaster, and electric kettle is available.
Please note that the kitchen is basic and not suitable for full cooking.
◆ Important Notes
The use of strong-smelling items (e.g., moxa, incense, bath additives) is prohibited.
Swimming is not permitted in front of the property.
As the property faces the sea, please watch your step at all times. Children must be supervised closely.
Due to the structure of the building, there are steps and steep stairs. Please exercise caution.
Open flames are strictly prohibited (including smoking, fireworks, candles, and portable gas stoves).
As there are nearby residents, please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 7:00. Please avoid loud conversations, music, and outdoor noise during this time.
The property may not be used for parties or events.
