Shabushabu is one of Japanese traditional dishes. Shabushabu describes the hand movement when you put sliced beef into a hot pot in order to boil it. After putting the beef in a pot for a few seconds, you dip the beef into ponzu vinegar (vinegar flavored with soy sauce) or sesame sauce. Therefore, in this plan, you can enjoy a hot pot with sliced beef and some vegetables. Why don’t you try Shabushabu at Gion Fukuzumi?

[About the meals]

Dinner- For adults, we will serve the meal mentioned above

            For kids, they are going to have the same menu prepared as a kid portion.


Breakfast- For adults, Kyoto style, Japanese breakfast

                For kids, depending on their age, we are going to provide them with Kyoto style, Japanese breakfast for kids or kid-style breakfast. (The age definition refers to the sentence above.)

Basically, dinner is going to be served at the room you are going to stay. And for breakfast, we have a special room for breakfast on the second floor.

if you are one of these, please contact us before you visit Gion Fukuzumi so that we can make some changes on your meals for you.
We are afraid to say that we cannot change the menu of your meals if we do not know the information of you until you come here.
