Experience a stay that allows you to feel the traditions of Japan that can only be experienced at a Shukubo――――――――――――――――――――――――
Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year, the magnificent sunrise,
and the view of the sea of clouds over the Nara.
At night, immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere created by the illumination of two thousand stone lanterns.
Our plan offers traditional Shojin Ryori for dinner.
Shojin Ryori is often associated with simplicity, but our dishes are both filling and well-received.
◎ Dinner
 ̄ ̄ ̄
Shojin Ryori centered around sesame tofu, fresh fu (wheat gluten), and seasonal vegetables.
As ingredients with strong aromas and spicy vegetables are prohibited,
we creatively prepare vegetarian dishes that resemble meat and fish using wild mountain ingredients.
The dishes are delicately flavored in the Kyoto style,
highlighting the natural taste of seasonal ingredients and offering a gentle dining experience.
◎ Breakfast
 ̄ ̄ ̄
We offer a Japanese-style breakfast , and other traditional dishes.
