We purchase this Wakasa beef from a store directly operated by the ranch and prepare it as steaks.
This premium Wakasa beef is so fresh it can be eaten raw,

Live abalone is one of the highest quality among the many sea ingredients. We use fresh,
live abalone caught in the Sea of Japan, so you can enjoy it in a variety of ways.
We have prepared live abalone of approximately 100g size.Abalone cooking method
Sashimi...Sashimi with an irresistible crunchy texture.
Jigokuyaki...Jigokuyaki is grilling the whole live abalone on a grid. Please enjoy it with your favorite degree of doneness.
Steak...The steak is made by grilling sliced abalone with butter on a griddle.The aroma of the butter and the seaside mix together, making it an even more delicious dish!*Each person can choose how they would like their abalone cooked.

In March 2022, we renovated 6 of our 8 rooms, including Kangetsu-tei, which faces the largest garden in our hotel, into Japanese-Western rooms with balconies.
The Western-style room connected to the main room has a semi-double twin bed. It is a spacious and luxurious space.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the well-maintained garden and the changing seasons of Hokuriku.

View: You can view the "garden" from the guest room or balcony (some rooms have a difficult view)
