Standard Japanese-style room with 2 beds "Juraku"

We have prepared a room with two beds in one of the two rooms in the main building Jyuraku wing, where you can relax comfortably.

When you want to relax, you can stretch your legs out in the Japanese-style room,

and when you want to sleep, you can stretch out comfortably in the bed that puts less strain on your back and knees.

In addition, the room is on the 8th floor of an 8-story reinforced concrete building, so you can see the rural scenery of Awara and the wide sky from the room.

If you lay out a futon, it can accommodate up to 7 people.
If you divide the room, you can separate the relaxation space from the bedroom, so it is recommended for families with small children or three-generation trips.

[Dinner]
"Echizen Crab Kaiseki"
Enjoy a whole Echizen crab per person, accompanied by a traditional kaiseki dinner featuring an abundance of fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients from the sea and mountains of Fukui.

[Your Choice of Main Crab Dish]
Enjoy a whole, yellow-tagged Echizen crab, served in your preferred style:
•    Boiled Crab: Expertly boiled whole to lock in the concentrated, rich flavors.
•    Grilled & Sashimi: Succulent grilled crab carapaces paired with melt-in-your-mouth raw leg sashimi.

*Please inform us separately of your preferred cooking method at least 5 days prior to your stay. If we do not receive your request, the crab will be served boiled.
*Children aged 6–12 will receive one small Echizen crab, served boiled.
*Children aged 1–5 will not receive Echizen crab, even when a meal-inclusive reservation is made.

At Haiya, our Okami, a certified Sake Sommelier, carefully selects and offers a wide variety of local sake from Fukui.
With this plan, you can enjoy a tasting of three specially selected sake recommended by our Okami. We invite you to savor the distinctive flavors of Fukui’s local sake.

[Public Bath & Sauna]
Relax in our spacious public bath and open-air bath surrounded by garden stones.
Our bath area also features a popular tourmaline stone spa, which is said to help promote wellness, beauty, and relaxation by encouraging perspiration.
Free of charge and no reservation required.

In addition, our long-awaited Garden Sauna opened on February 2025.
Inspired by authentic Finnish smoke saunas, the facility includes a cold-water bath, open-air bathing area, and relaxing outdoor chairs for cooling down after sauna sessions.
Experience the ultimate löyly sauna ritual and enjoy complete relaxation.

Please note that the sauna operates on a rotating schedule for men and women.
