Winter in Hokuriku means CRAB!!
Kaiseki cuisine prepared using only blue-tagged brand crab caught at the local Kaga Hashidate Port.
We use 100% live first-class crab with a concentrated savory flavor.
A plan which offers you the experience of prime crab along with the seasonal flavors of Hokuriku, through kamaage (fresh-boiled) crab, char-grilled crab and more.
In our premium crab kaiseki, we use << 1 crab per person >> of fresh premium snow crab caught at the local Kaga Hashidate Port.
