This kaiseki course begins with fresh sashimi made from locally caught fish from the Tango region, and also includes fresh abalone dancing on the grill, as well as the rare Ichibo cut of carefully selected A5-ranked Black Wagyu beef
—offering a truly premium dining experience.
Our signature seasonal kaiseki is generously prepared with a variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients for you to enjoy.

■Accommodation Period:
- This plan is offered for stays between spring and autumn.
- Kindly be advised that crab is not served with this plan, even if bookings are made during the winter season.

Dinner is served in two seatings.

We offer freshly cooked Tango Koshihikari rice, steamed to perfection in a traditional pot.
Our piping hot miso soup made with local miso is also very popular.

Futons are usually laid out while you are out for dinner. However, if you would prefer to have them prepared before your arrival, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please let us know by writing in the remarks section or by contacting the hotel directly.
