[Guests staying one night]
We will give you one Mirable Zero (Kayuzu exclusive original color) in the following colors: Sakura, Kaede, or Kobushi.

We will give you one Mirable Care (Suzushiro, Shepherd's Purse, Dianthus, Susuki, Hakobe, Hagi, Bellflower, Shepherd's Purse).

[Guests staying two nights]
We will give you one Mirable Zero (Kayuzu exclusive original color) or one Mirable Care.

We will give you one Mirable Zero (in a color exclusive to Hanayu) and one Mirable Care.

-----About the Bath-----
We will serve you a Japanese breakfast featuring seasonal vegetables from the mountains and sea.
Hanayu has two private indoor and outdoor baths that can be used until the morning.
The hot spring water is pumped up from the underground source and poured directly into the bathtubs through a spout; it is not circulated, heated, or diluted in any way.
Please enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.


Enjoy panoramic mountain views during the day, and soak under a starry sky at night.

Relax in a bath made from cut stone.

We use carefully selected, top-quality Kumamoto Prefecture-produced Wagyu beef, "Wao."
Kumamoto Wagyu beef, "Wao," is raised with care in a natural environment blessed with pure water and clean air that takes advantage of Kumamoto's topography.
The carefully prepared meat has a soft texture and mellow aroma.
The accompanying vegetables are sourced from local greengrocers, as well as from all over Kyushu.
When enjoying shabu-shabu, enjoy it with two types of sauce: our special sesame sauce and ponzu sauce.


This sukiyaki features the highest quality wagyu beef, tossed in the chef's secret broth, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and the natural sweetness of the meat.
Enjoy the fatty marbled wagyu beef together with flavorful vegetables, and finish off with udon noodles to fully savor the flavors of the ingredients until the very end.

Soft-shelled turtles from Anshinin (Oita Prefecture), raised in the beautiful, clear streams and warm climate, are said to have been a favorite of author Seicho Matsumoto.
Soft-shelled turtles are rich in collagen, which is excellent for skin-beautifying properties. They also have excellent energy-boosting and strengthening properties, helping to recover from the fatigue of a busy work day.
We have added this new menu item to our menu, hoping that the effects of the hot springs and food will restore both body and mind.
Our soft-shelled turtle full course features two soft-shelled turtles from Anshinin (Oita Prefecture). As the name suggests, you will enjoy soft-shelled turtles in everything from appetizers to simmered dishes and fried chicken.
To finish off your soft-shelled turtle meal, enjoy a rice porridge in a hot pot infused with luxurious soft-shelled turtle extract.

To eliminate the turtle's distinctive odor, the ingredients are procured one week in advance, and our chef meticulously prepares them.

We offer the finest soft-shelled turtle. If you're a soft-shelled turtle lover, we highly recommend giving it a try.
