This is Tenshin's basic accommodation plan, which can be accommodated for individuals and groups.
It can be used for trips with family, relatives, and friends, or for stays for celebrations.

■Meals■
Dinner: Tenshin Basic Kaiseki (Japanese cuisine)
The head chef will prepare a kaiseki meal.
The meal will include about 10 dishes, including Shinshu premium beef steak and an abundance of local ingredients.
*The meal for elementary school students is a cross between the adult meal and the children's lunch, and does not include steak.
*The meal for small children is the children's lunch.
*The menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.

Breakfast: Japanese set meal
A healthy Japanese breakfast.
It will be served at the same seat as dinner.

*If you have a food allergy, please read the section below titled "How we handle food allergies" and be sure to consult with us in advance.
We cannot accommodate requests on the day of your visit. Thank you for your understanding.

■Meal location■
We will leave it to you. You will be seated in the restaurant, dining area, or large hall.
You cannot specify the dining location.
If you would like to use a private banquet hall, please call or email us to inquire about availability.
*An additional fee will be charged for private rooms.

■How we handle food allergies■
We do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies so that they can enjoy their meals, but we ask that you please be aware of the following when using our facilities.
●If anyone has a food allergy, please be sure to let us know when making your reservation.
Even if you inform us on the day of your stay, we will not be able to accommodate you.
● We cannot accommodate all allergies.
At our hotel, we cook in the same kitchen as other menu items. We do not have specialized cooking staff, dedicated cooking space, cooking utensils, or fixtures for allergy-related cooking.
Although we thoroughly clean cooking utensils and fixtures, we cannot completely remove even trace amounts of allergens that may be attached to them.
● Our hotel puts the safety of our guests first, and if any of the following conditions apply to you, we will be forced to refuse to accommodate you or provide you with meals.
(1) You have been diagnosed with a food allergy by a doctor and are currently receiving outpatient treatment.
(2) You have previously experienced anaphylactic shock.
(3) A doctor has prescribed an anaphylactic supplement such as an EpiPen.

Our policy is to prioritize the "food safety" of our guests staying at our hotel.
We appreciate your understanding.

The view is on the morning market side, overlooking the Hirugami specialty morning market. *There is no view on the Achi River side.
Renovated in 2004.
There are two beds in the Western-style room.
The maximum occupancy is two people as no extra beds are available.
