Effective May 1, 2025, we will be updating our accommodation terms and conditions. The new terms will apply to all reservations made from May 1, 2025 onward. Please review the updated terms on our facility website in advance.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding these changes.

**Children's Bed-Sharing Policy Changes**
Starting May 1, 2025, children 6 and under can stay free when bed-sharing with an adult (previously 12 and under through April 30, 2025). The policy allows up to 1 child per bed per adult.

* A maximum of 2 children per room can stay free through bed-sharing
* Children using separate beds will be charged adult rates
* Only 1 child per bed is permitted for bed-sharing

Important Notes:
* New terms apply only to reservations made on or after May 1, 2025
* Even if your stay is after May 1, 2025, reservations made before May 1 will follow the previous terms
* The reservation date (not the stay date) determines which policy applies

Shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off reservation service is available between hotel and Maihama area!

*The timetable, the transit point for the outbound bus and the boarding point for the return bus will be changed from July 1, 2025.

■ About parking lot ■
It will be available for 2,500 yen per night.
Please be sure to make a reservation by phone directly as the information will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Since the number of units is limited, we may not be able to prepare them.

■ About room capacity ■
The hotel has the following capacity for rooms including existing children.
Please confirm about bed-sharing.
・ Standard double / compact twin / basic twin / deluxe twin: up to 3 people
・ Standard twin / triple room: up to 4 people
Please note that we cannot accept reservations that exceed the capacity.
* Amenity / nightgown is not available for bed-sharing children.

■ About consecutive night cleaning ■
In consideration of the environment, the hotel does not perform daily cleaning and bed make-up for consecutive nights.
Please note that you will only need to change towels and collect trash in the trash can.

■ About reservations for 5 rooms or more ■
Reservations for 5 rooms or more will be treated as group reservations.

■ About pre-mailing luggage ■
If you wish to send your luggage to the hotel, please contact us in advance.

Children aged 6 and under stay free when sleeping with their parents.
