Effective May 1, 2025, we will be updating our accommodation terms and conditions. The new terms will apply to all reservations made from May 1, 2025 onward. Please review the updated terms on our facility website in advance.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding these changes.

**Children's Bed-Sharing Policy Changes**
Starting May 1, 2025, children 6 and under can stay free when bed-sharing with an adult (previously 12 and under through April 30, 2025). The policy allows up to 1 child per bed per adult.

* A maximum of 2 children per room can stay free through bed-sharing
* Children using separate beds will be charged adult rates
* Only 1 child per bed is permitted for bed-sharing

Important Notes:
* New terms apply only to reservations made on or after May 1, 2025
* Even if your stay is after May 1, 2025, reservations made before May 1 will follow the previous terms
* The reservation date (not the stay date) determines which policy applies

Children
●    Children under 6 may share an existing bed free of charge:

●    Exceeding the bed-sharing limit will incur adult-rate charges, payable at check-in.

Please note: If 3 beds are selected for 2 adults and 1 accompanying child, additional bedding will be provided for the child and an additional night's accommodation charge will be incurred.


Housekeeping for Extended Stays 
Daily cleaning and bed-making are not provided for consecutive-night stays. Towel exchange and trash collection are available.

Group Reservations 
Bookings of 5+ rooms are handled as group reservations. Please contact us for details.

Sending Luggage 
Ahead Please contact us in advance if you'd like to ship luggage to the hotel. Storage fees may apply depending on the items.

Breakfast will be served as a buffet.

Business hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (last admission at 9:30 a.m.)

Children aged 6 can share a bed at no extra charge, but breakfast fees apply and must be paid on-site.

Shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off reservation service is available between hotel and Maihama area!

It will be available for 2,500 yen per night.
Please be sure to make a reservation by phone directly as the information will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Since the number of units is limited, we may not be able to prepare them.
