Tajima Beef Kaiseki
World renown as the stock cattle for many famous Japanese beef brands including Kobe beef - Tajima beef is hailed for its deep flavor, tenderness, and high marbling characteristics. This dinner menu features Tajima beef served in a variety of styles: sushi, grilled, simmered, hot pot, and more. NOTE: appetizer and sashimi courses include seafoods.

Traditional Superior Room (Garden View) is a Japanese-style room that has two guest rooms: 10 tatami-mat & 6 tatami-mat size (approx 35 sqm / total size of guest room approx 60 sqm). Guest rooms are separated by sliding paper door. Room includes ensuite bathroom (bathtub & shower unit) & restroom. The view is of the main Japanese garden of our ryokan. The room is NON-SMOKING.
