Chef's Choice Seasonal Kaiseki Dinner
Enjoy a special deluxe kaiseki dinner experience featuring a variety of specially upgraded courses: designed and crafted personally by our ryokan's head chef, Etsunobu Takahashi.
Kaiseki are Japanese-style multi-course meals with a variety of dishes prepared in an artistic fashion. The seasonal kaiseki menu at Nishimuraya Honkan changes every month but we always feature delicious seafoods and Tajima beef, the stock cattle for famous Kobe beef. Dinner is served in the privacy of your room in a relaxed atmosphere that allows you and your companions to enjoy the distinct Japanese ambiance of our traditional ryokan.
