【Regarding the Accommodation Tax】
From April 1, 2026, in accordance with Hokkaido regulations, a separate accommodation tax will be charged.
The accommodation tax will be charged per person per night (including children).
Room rates under 20,000 yen: 100 yen
Room rates between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 200 yen
Room rates over 50,000 yen: 500 yen

Hours of Operation: 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM
*This is a self-service style where you come to the drink counter to collect your drinks.
Enjoy a drink after your bath or before bedtime, whenever you like.
We offer draft beer, highballs, shochu, sake, wine, fruit liquor, and more, as well as non-alcoholic and soft drinks.

■One complimentary bedrock bath (approximately 50 minutes) for guests staying overnight■
Hotarukan's bedrock bath is a rare facility in Japan, made using the precious medicinal stone "Beitou stone." Soothe your body and promote sweating in three ways (drinking, inhaling, and warming). Mist sprays from the ceiling, making it a great option for those who dislike the stuffiness of saunas.
*Please specify your bedrock bath reservation time in the comments section (hourly reservations are not accepted between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
*Please come to the bathing reception counter so we can provide you with indoor clothing. There are seven beds in total, and both men and women can use the baths.

■About the Hot Springs■
- Large communal bath/open-air bath (bathing hours: 10:00-24:00/6:00-9:00)
- Sauna (bathing hours: 10:00-22:00)- Massage room (13:30-20:00)

■Important Notes■
Our hotel is divided into two buildings: "Genji no Yado" and "Heike no Yado."
When you arrive, please come to "Genji no Yado." You will be checked in.
"Genji no Yado": Lounge/restaurant/banquet hall, etc.
"Heike no Yado": Hot springs, bedrock bath, game corner, etc.
