＜Rokko Wagyu Beef＞

It is a locally branded beef from Kobe, made from carefully selected Japanese Black female cattle raised slowly over approximately 21 months at farms in Kobe.
The meat features finely marbled fat in perfect balance, offering a natural sweet flavor and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness.
Please enjoy it teppanyaki-style, cooked just the way you like.
