For dinner, enjoy our popular “Kagayaki Kaiseki” course featuring Ichinomatsu’s signature deep-fried kinki rockfish and Hokkaido beef fillet steak.

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, our carefully prepared deep-fried kinki has long been one of the ryokan’s most beloved specialties.

In addition, seasonal seafood and mountain delicacies are thoughtfully prepared in a traditional Japanese kaiseki course,
served privately in your guest room for a relaxed dining experience.

Unwind in the soothing waters of Yunokawa Onsen and enjoy a peaceful evening in Hakodate.
