【Early Booking 30｜Kagayaki Kaiseki】

Book at least 30 days in advance and enjoy a stay at ¥1,000 less than the standard plan.

For dinner, we prepare our most popular kaiseki course “Kagayaki Kaiseki,” featuring Ichinomatsu’s signature dish, deep-fried Kinki rockfish, along with Hokkaido beef fillet steak.

Seasonal delicacies from both the sea and the mountains are served for both dinner and breakfast, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meals in the comfort of your room.

This early booking plan is recommended for guests who have already decided on their Hakodate travel plans.
