Yamanashi's proud brand beef "Koshu beef"
"Koshu beef" raised in the great outdoors of Yamanashi is said to be characterized by its soft texture and vivid color.
You can eat it grilled or boiled. Please choose one of the three ways to eat it. Please enjoy the taste of Koshu that is unique to Kagetsu.

≪≪ 3 ways to eat ≫≫
・How to eat? [Kagetsu lava grill]
Made with lava from Aso. Koshu beef is grilled to a tender state using the far-infrared effect and served with a special sauce or rock salt.
・How to eat? [Aji shabu]
The beef is quickly parboiled in a special Japanese-style soup stock that has already been seasoned, and then eaten.
- How to eat? [Sukiyaki] *The photo shows two servings
A well-known representative meat dish of Japan. The delicious flavor of Koshu beef spreads throughout the hot pot.

When making your reservation or by 3:00 p.m. the day before check-in, please let us know how you prefer to eat it.
It's OK if you choose a different way from your companions!
If you do not contact us, we may not be able to meet your request. Thank you for your understanding.
*There is no choice of Koshu beef for children's meals. Thank you for your understanding.
