This is Kagetsu's basic plan.
Enjoy a lava-grilled Koshu beef kaiseki course meal made with seasonal ingredients while taking in the view of Kagetsu's proud Japanese garden.


◆Menu example (dinner)◆
*Aperitif: Plum wine, sake brewed
*Appetizer: Mineoka tofu, goji berries, grilled squid with pine cone and soy sauce, bamboo shoots on a stone wall, clothing katsugi, black soybean pine needle skewers
*Sashimi: Black tuna, maba, red sea bream, drawn yuba, various wife dishes
*Stew: Boiled Shingen chicken Koshu, millet gluten, grilled rice cake, eggplant, shimeji mushrooms, green beans, yuzu, grated ginger
*Grilled dish: Grilled eggplant in miso cloth, salmon, coconut greens, paprika, lotus root in vinegar
*Konro: Lava-grilled Koshu beef, assorted vegetables, rock salt, soy sauce sauce
*Fried food: Deep-fried sweet potato wrapped in yuba bread, maitake mushrooms, fan eggplant, lion pepper
*Vinegared food: Grilled eel in white soy sauce, snakehead cucumber, dried daikon slices, vinegared myoga ginger, Tosa vinegar jelly
*Soup: Fukumi soup, eggplant, burdock, green onion
*Meal: Rice, small fish in silk crepe
*Pickles: Assortment of three
*Dessert: Kyoho grape pudding, muesli

*In order to provide you with better ingredients, some of the dishes may be changed.

- 18:00 to 20:00 (last start)
- Served in your room, private dining room, or restaurant

■Breakfast■
- 7:30 to 9:30 in the morning
- Served in your room or dining room (Kujaku or Matsunosuke)

The Azumaden is the only two rooms on the first floor that have large stones in the tokonoma alcove.
From the bright rooms, you can view the garden lined with megaliths and inscribed stones collected from all over the country.
