The Azumaden is the only two rooms on the first floor that have large stones in the tokonoma alcove.
From the bright rooms, you can view the garden lined with megaliths and inscribed stones collected from all over the country.
We think you will enjoy a different atmosphere from other buildings.
Choose three of your favorite types from four types of craft beer (local beer) made by "Fujizakura Kogen Beer" brewed using high-quality soft water from the foot of Mt. Fuji. This supreme beer, made based on German brewing techniques, has been highly praised at numerous beer judging competitions both in Japan and abroad. Enjoy the three different types of beer while comparing them with Kagetsu's proud kaiseki cuisine.

Pils, Weizen, Rauch, Schwarzweizen
Three types from the above four types will be prepared for dinner.
■Pils
A German-style lager full of "characteristics", balancing the rich flavor of malt with refreshing bitterness and sharpness. Three types of hops are added four times during the boiling process to bring out a fresh, floral, and slightly spicy aroma.
■Weizen
An ale beer made from more than 50% wheat malt. It overturns the general image of beer as being "crisp" and "smooth". The banana-like clove and ester aroma comes from pure fresh yeast. The tiny bubbles produced by the yeast themselves leave a silky smooth texture and a lingering aftertaste in the mouth.
■Rauch
A "smoked beer" made by smoking the malt with beech chips to lock in the smoky flavor in the malt. This is a very unique beer that gives off a smoked food-like aroma the moment it is poured into the glass, and its mild mouthfeel makes it possible to pair with a wide range of other drinks. This masterpiece won both the World Beer Cup and the World Beer Awards in 2012.
■Schwarzweizen
An exquisite blend of seven types of malt, including caramelized and roasted barley and wheat, respectively. The roasted aroma of coffee beans is layered with the clove aroma of weizen, creating a three-dimensional and complex aroma. Another major feature is that the unique manufacturing method that suppresses the acidity allows for a balance between sharpness and a "sweet and fragrant" taste, improving drinkability.
