*During the winter season from November 1st to April 30th, an additional heating fee of 1,500 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.
 
*If you have a preference for a building, please write it in the "Other requests, etc." field when filling out your customer information.
However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
 
*If you would like to add bedding, please let us know by 3:00 PM four days in advance. We cannot accommodate requests after that time.
