- Regarding Dinner
Please arrive at the dinner venue by 8:00 PM.
If you arrive after this time, your meal will be discarded.
No further meals will be prepared after that time.
No refunds will be given.

- Regarding Usage Hours
If you leave the venue, the curfew is 11:00 PM.
The hot springs are available until 11:00 PM, and bathing is not permitted after that time.
Please be sure to contact us if you plan to check in after 6:00 PM.
If you do not arrive by 8:00 PM without contacting us on the day of your reservation, your reservation will be considered cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

We will decide the seating arrangement, but please let us know if you have any preferences. *A corkage fee will be charged for bringing food and drinks into the dining venue, in accordance with our regulations.
