Five small cottages were born in the annex of "Hatagoya Jozankei Shoten," where a stay with 100% freedom is possible.
In the fall of 2022, five small cottages were built.

The concept is "Try living in Jozankei."
The hurdles to living here are not high.
You can buy everything you need nearby, and there are bakeries, cafes, and restaurants serving set meals.

Try living in Jozankei, a place you usually visit as a tourist destination, with a touch of vacation home atmosphere.
Enjoy workcations with hot springs at your leisure.
"Jozankei Shoten Apartment" offers 120% freedom.

【Regarding the Accommodation Tax】
Starting with stays on or after April 1, 2026, a separate accommodation tax will be charged in accordance with Hokkaido and Sapporo City regulations.
The accommodation tax is as follows per person per night:
Room rate under 20,000 yen: 300 yen
Room rate between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 400 yen
Room rate over 50,000 yen: 1,000 yen

Payment for the entire 7-night stay is required in advance by credit card or upon check-in.

【Regarding Amenities and Cleaning】
For the 7-night plan, amenities will be replaced and cleaning will be done every two days.
