■ Yakiniku Course "Seven-Level" Plan ■

Dinner at Hatagoya Jozankei Shoten is a yakiniku course served at the Jozankei Butcher Shop.
This is the "Seven-Level" plan, an upgrade to the regular "Six-Level" yakiniku course, with the addition of rare cuts.
You will enjoy the rare cuts in the chef's recommended way.
"We want to offer a dish that only a butcher can offer."
Enjoy this special course filled with the butcher's passion.

Regarding Accommodation Tax
Starting from April 1, 2026, a separate accommodation tax will be charged in accordance with Hokkaido and Sapporo City regulations.
The accommodation tax is the following amount per person per night.
Room price under 20,000 yen: 300 yen
Room price between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 400 yen
Room price over 50,000 yen: 1,000 yen

【"Hot Hot Sauna"】
Jozankei Shoten's pride and joy is the sauna, known as the "Hot Hot Sauna."
The "super hot auto-loyly" every 15 minutes makes the sauna piping hot.
In terms of hot sake, it's like "extremely hot."
Special Feature 1) The structure is such that you step up immediately after entering, so the first level here is essentially the same temperature as the "second level"!
Special Feature 2) With an auto-loyly every 15 minutes, you can experience super-hot sake!
Special Feature 3) The windows are closed, the lights are dimmed, and there's no TV. You can concentrate on the sauna with jazz playing.
Once you've relaxed, enjoy a ice-cold beer from the Jozankei Shoten liquor store!

The cottages are located in a detached building next to Jozankei Shoten. Please come to Jozankei Shoten for check-in and check-out procedures.
