From Jozankei Shoten, a rare hot spring inn nationwide that has a butcher shop attached, comes a special plan that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of Wagyu beef in various ways.
A premium course to fully savor Wagyu beef, aptly named "Extreme Wagyu Seven-Tier".
Using the expertise of a butcher shop, the meat of the day is selected, and it is served with cuts and cooking methods that bring out the maximum potential of each part, such as fillet and lean meat.
Why not experience the true essence of "Wagyu," which is attracting attention from all over the world, here in Jozankei?

【Regarding Accommodation Tax】
From April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be charged separately in accordance with Hokkaido and Sapporo City ordinances.
The accommodation tax is as follows per person per night:
Accommodation fee less than 20,000 yen: 300 yen
Accommodation fee between 20,000 yen and 50,000 yen: 400 yen
Accommodation fee of 50,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen

We will prepare the "Extreme Wagyu Seven-Tier" yakiniku course at "Jozankei Meat Shop".

We offer "Curry Rice," a specialty of the owner of "Jozankei Meat Shop," and "Zosui," perfect for the morning after a night of drinking.

【"Super Hot Sake Sauna"】
Jozankei Shoten's proud sauna, aptly named the "Super Hot Sake Sauna."
With "Super Hot Auto-Löyly" every 15 minutes, it gets really hot.
If we were talking about hot sake, it would be "extra hot."
Feature 1) The structure is designed so that you immediately step up upon entering, making the first step here effectively the same heat as the "second step"!
Feature 2) Experience intensely hot sauna with automatic löyly every 15 minutes!
Feature 3) The windows are blocked, the lighting is reduced, and there is no TV. Focus on the sauna while jazz music plays.
After you've achieved your perfect sauna state, enjoy an ice-cold beer from Jozankei Shoten!
